Through partnerships with schools and community organizations across Chicago, STEAM & Dream has empowered more than 500 youth in 2024–2025 to explore STEM, unlock their creativity, and see themselves as future innovators and leaders.

We aim to close the STEM exposure gap and improve the futures of youth through mentorship and hands-on culturally affirming programming that fosters their STEM identities and empowers them to address real-world challenges with their imagination.
